Process to Perfection!
1. Consult
It is crucial to meet with the client to go through the project's expectations; at these early sessions, the interior designer's role is to listen to the client's goals and requirements. I also gain a sense of the area at this point, which will aid us in the design process.
2. Proposal
In a planned, structured, and coordinated documentation of all design components, a proposal for our design services will be provided thereafter, outlining in detail what will be accomplish for our customers, how much it will cost, and how to continue with the work. Making sure you comprehend the design strategy and requirements.
3. Research
After all formalities are completed, the designer will begin the process by looking at design trends, colors, textures, fabricators, and other factors to develop a design that will meet the demands of the customer. Also working on the project's overall design, lighting, and space planning.
4. Concept Presentation
In this stage I will present to the client with a design concept of the interior, drawings and materials showing the way the interior will look, the color selection, the furniture selection that will fit and so on. The client will be part of our design selections. At this stage we will be working together with our concept in which they will be guide to help them to achieve the style that will represent them.
5. Budget Analysis
A detailed budget, timetable, and list of requirements will be supplied when the design idea has been approved. As seasoned interior design professional, I have seen a few blunders that are frequently made but may be easily avoided with knowledge and careful preparation.
6. Project Execution
The designer will work with your contractors on the designs that have been developed and authorized for supervision. Finally, a review of the project to make sure everything is completed as planned.
